Your Masterpiece Life

I believe that we are all here to lift up and encourage each other. And that we each have a very unique and specific work we are called to in life. However we all face enormous struggles and challenges and lose sight of the fact that our greatest calling will be hidden from us. Or may be misinterpreted by people we have given influence to or that have had authority over us. We may also have experienced tremendous pain that has caused us to become someone we were never intended to be. What I care most about is helping others discover the truth and glory in their life and their true identity. Over the past ten years I have had the privilege of coaching and developed leaders, working with teens and young adults facing addiction problems and designing training systems to help organizations optimize the strengths of their people.

This work has enabled me to develop the Process to Purpose that I call MOST, the Masterpiece Operating System for Transformation

I invested the first 49 years of my life striving to appear successful and attract the affirmation and praise of others. By the measures of the world, this seemed to be working out pretty well for me. I was proud to work for Microsoft in a role that made me feel important and valued. But I was asleep to who I really was and disconnected from my emotions. I had an intense desire to connect deeply and honestly but I was caught in the false belief that I needed to present a successful, appealing image to be accepted. Fortunately God began the process of disrupting and unraveling the lies I had collected and allowed to influence my choices and my reality.

Much of my coaching work is rooted in sales and leadership roles with Microsoft and Yahoo but grew as I became much more immersed in the challenges small business executives face while striving to transform their business and culture. During the coaching experience we explore insights from assessments, past patterns of success and failure and look honestly at how you steward your opportunities and influence.
